Wing-Time Recipe
Boneless Buffalo Chicken Bites Thanks to Ronda C. in Johnstown, CO for this tasty and versatile recipe. Before you decide to make it, read through to the end to see all the different ways to use it... even substituting shrimp for chicken!

1 lb. chicken breasts, cut into “nugget” size pieces
1 c. Panko bread crumbs
½ c. grated Parmesan
1 c. your favorite Wing-Time sauce

-Pour Wing-Time over chicken; marinate for 30 minutes.
-Mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan together; coat chicken nuggets thoroughly in breadcrumb mixture.
-Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.

Different uses:
-Serve with fries and coleslaw for a “bar food” type of meal.
-Wrap in a tortilla with veggies.
-Serve over greens with tomatoes and blue cheese for a Buffalo Chicken Salad.
-Use more than one sauce and serve them as appetizers.

ALSO: shrimp works great, as well. Butterfly large uncooked shrimp, dry them, marinate, coat in crumbs, and bake at 400 for 8-10 minutes. Makes a great football party snack!
