Chicken Wing Dip
Grand Prize Winner in our first Wing-Time Recipe Contest! The judges just loved the flavor in this; we all agreed we could just keep eating it… and eating it… and eating it! Thanks to Suzanne R. of Wahiawa, HI for this great party pleaser!
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked & shredded
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2/3 c. Hot Wing-Time sauce
1/2 c. chunky blue cheese dressing (we used Marie’s)
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
tortilla chips and/or carrots and celery
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In an 8 X 8 glass dish spread cream cheese evenly. Set aside.
- Put shredded chicken in a saucepan over medium heat. Add Wing-Time sauce and mix well. The chicken should be thoroughly covered, moist and juicy, but NOT runny. Add more sauce if necessary to achieve this. Stir occasionally until heated through.
- Spread chicken mixture evenly on top of cream cheese.
- Pour blue cheese dressing over chicken; spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella on the top.
- Bake for approximately 18-20 minutes or until cheese is nice and melted! Serve with tortilla chips and ENJOY!! Carrots and celery make a nice side for this, too.
